Blogging Burn Out

>> Tuesday, September 13, 2011

It happens to me a couple of times a year. I used to feel stressed when I didn't blog. Now my husband just says "You know you haven't blogged since *whatever day*" and I say "Yep, burned out". I am not a writer. This is not my business. Quite frankly I get bored with a lot of my own posts even though they are about my precious girls. School has started and our lives, and yours I am sure too, are CRAZY! I don't have an open day this week! I find that my little bloggy breaks normally put me back in the mood to tell our story again. As boring *yawn* as it might be.

Sweet Shot Day

She's adorable. I started feeling stressed when I didn't post, and my husband said, "What's going to happen. Will you be fired." He has a point. I don't worry about it now.

Hahaha! I went through a phase last year where I felt I had to blog... Now I've cut down to just a few days a week. I skip a post or two when I'm busy. The world goes on turning. :)

Oh...she could not be any cuter. Love this one.

I've been on a little blogging break and loved it.

Hope you have a blessed day!

It's not fun when you feel you have to do it, once it becomes fun again you'll want to do it! Just like everything else, if you do too much of it, it just gets old.

Cute pic!!

She is precious. Your colors are so vibrant. What setting do you like to use to get such great shots?

The best is to blog when you feel like it, nothing good comes out of forcing yourself. She´s a cutie! :-)

I had a very long burn out the whole beginning of this year. Now I'm back at it again. My reasons this past year or two are different though. I used to blog to get my thoughts out. Now I print my blog each year from Jan 1 to Dec 31. So now I blog to create a scrapbook/memory book for my girls to keep/see when they are older. There is no law that says you have to do anything. Just do what works for you.
